Our response to COVID-19 pandemic

Following the Government’s latest advice regarding the COVID-19 outbreak our number one priority continues to be the health of our workforce and our customers.

In light of this advice, all non-essential network development will now cease. Construction activity will be limited to emergencies associated with water quality, loss of water supply and any leaks and bursts that have the potential to cause financial loss or damage.

We recognise the challenges this will create but want to reassure you this temporary downscaling of activity is not taken lightly. We have a collective obligation to help the UK and the wider global community minimise and ultimately reverse the spread of the virus.

Our team will continue to support with outline design applications but are limited to desk assessments of any requests for works. We are unable to carry out site visits or surveys and works will not be able to progress to construction until the situation improves and it is safe for our employees to proceed.

We are contactable via during normal office hours of 08:30 to 17:00hrs Monday to Friday. Our website will be updated when we are in a position to restore full service.

We sincerely apologise for the interruption to our services and hope that we can be of assistance to you in the near future.
