Submit a meter reading

We calculate your bill based on the amount of water you use. If we are unable to read your water meter we may send you a bill based on your estimated usage. If that happens, we encourage you to take a look at the meter and submit your current reading.

Reading your meter is simple. You will typically find it in the footpath outside your property but some are located inside, usually under the kitchen sink or another utility room. Step 1 - If located outside, lift the lid (you may need a blunt knife to do this) Step 2 - Check the display and make a note of the black numbers on the meter – the red figures are not used for billing purposes and can be ignored. Step 3 - Submit your meter reading below.
