Raven Housing Trust metering

From this September, we will start a six-month programme to fit water meters for all Raven Housing Trust properties - 60 per cent of our customers already have a water meter and this figure will increase to 90 per cent by 2025.

Water meters are the fairest way of charging for water, as you pay for what you use. You’ll be able to switch to metered charges as soon as your meter is fitted if you choose, helping you to lower your usage and do your bit for the environment. 

Please note that all Raven tenants will be changing to metered charges within the next two years. If we cannot install a meter outside your home, which is where most meters are located, we will arrange a convenient time with you to fit one inside your property.
