We may need to carry out a small amount of work on your property to replace the old stopcock and mains pipe. Please rest assured that if any of your property is disturbed it will be fully re-instated. Site supervision

Our site supervisors visit projects several times a week and they will assist the site team with providing updates to residents and businesses on activity and progress.

If you would like to meet with the site supervisor, because you require any further information or you have any concerns, please contact our Operations Customer Services and we’ll get it sorted for you.

As our work involves us digging up the road, we'll be using two-way traffic lights throughout. This is for the safety of the public and our workforce.

During work in Buckingham Road, priority boards will be used to ensure smooth traffic flow and prioritize the safety of the workers and the public.
