Hillcrest, Four Elms, mains replacement programme
We’re going to be laying a new water main in Hillcrest, Four Elms, week commencing 12 September to middle of December.
It’s part of our work to help create a more modern and resilient network to protect supplies for now and in the future.
As part of the work, we’ll need to dig up the road so we can reach our old water main and replace it. We’ll only work during normal working hours and are sorry for any disruption this noise may cause.
We have included more details below about the working hours and traffic management. To find if you’re a direct customer, please check the postcard. It should say next to the reference number. If it says indirect, then it means we won’t be working directly outside your property and the information in the direct section isn’t applicable.
We’ll update this page, under ‘latest update’ section every two weeks unless we need to do it sooner.
